A new start.

I’ve been gaining a lot of weight the last month and I’m planning on loosing it again + a bit more. I’ll start tomorrow and the next two days will be tough and I wont eat much. I wont eat any type of candy. I will have 1 cheat day every week and next cheat-day will be on Friday. I will plan all my meals and I’m going to work out 2 times a week - at least. I will have a healthy life and I will start now.
